Genesis Radio Advertising Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Genesis Radio. These Advertising Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern all advertising agreements and placements on Genesis Radio (“Station”). By purchasing or placing an advertisement, you (“Advertiser”) agree to comply with these terms.
2. Advertising Approval
All advertisements are subject to approval by Genesis Radio. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates our policies, is offensive, misleading, or otherwise deemed inappropriate.
3. Content Guidelines
Advertisers must ensure that their content:
Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements.
Does not promote illegal, harmful, or offensive material, including hate speech, violence, discrimination, or explicit content.
Does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Does not promote or advertise other radio stations, as this constitutes a conflict of interest.
4. Ad Placement & Scheduling
Genesis Radio reserves the right to determine the placement, rotation, and frequency of advertisements.
Specific time slots and sponsorship opportunities may be available but are subject to availability and additional costs.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment for advertisements must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds will not be provided once an advertisement has aired unless due to an error by Genesis Radio.
Any overdue payments may result in suspension or termination of ad placement.
6. Duration & Termination
The duration of the ad campaign shall be specified in the advertising agreement.
Genesis Radio reserves the right to terminate an advertisement at any time if the Advertiser violates these TOS.
7. Liability & Indemnification
Advertiser assumes full responsibility for the content of their advertisements.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Radio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the advertisement.
8. Modifications & Amendments
Genesis Radio may update these TOS at any time. Advertisers will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
10. Non-Family Friendly Content
Genesis Radio is not a family-friendly station. Advertisers should be aware that content aired on Genesis Radio may include explicit material, strong language, or themes not suitable for all audiences. This policy is not subject to change.
